Call Out For Sale

The right part makes all the difference — here is one worth having.

Standard Hot Tub Call Out – £120 up to one hour

Includes travel up to 20 miles of your closest showroom and up to one hour on site for investigation, diagnosis and if possible repair of any issue on all makes and models of hot tubs.

This price excludes parts and any labour after the initial hour or subsequent return visits. Labour charged at £40 per 30 minutes thereafter. Return visits incur minimum £40 labour charge. If the job has to be then quoted for replacement parts or leak repair this call out fee will be taken of the quote cost.

To minimise labour and return visits we request that tubs are full of water for any call out and as much information is provided about your issue as possible.

Mileage charged at £2 per mile after 20 miles.
